The gates and tree are blended with the cave. The dragons is easily noticeable, I guess, then the hands are used as the source of the waterfall. I had in mind a story of a forsaken and long lost sword, which was said to be the only weapon to slaughter the malicious dragon. But I wonder what stories firstly sprang to your mind when you saw this photomanip
